I have had decent success with Walmart Brickseek deals in the past if there were 2-3 available. Now, it seems that Walmart is changing its reporting system (as mentioned on Brickseek website as well). I was at my local Walmart last night and they had 3 Netgear CM500 modems on display for $45 each. This morning, the price dropped down to $13.5, still showing 2-3 available. I went there in evening, very sure I will be able to get 1. Not only were they not present, their price display sign had also been removed. Chatted with 2 different employees and was told that they got sent back to Walmart this morning as they are changing how they deal with clearance items.
Granted this was Thursday night, immediately after the deal posted, but in the networking aisle. They had 3 of the Netgear AX but none of the TP Link mesh setups. Last night I was setting up an access point for my parents. ๐
Almost didn't go check because of all the compliant on this thread about brickseek. Said 2-3 of the tp-link at my WalMart. Decided to go check and they were there, got all three to cover my house and give the extra to family. Plus a bunch of smart dimmer switch for $10. Also found the Netgear ax1800 for $76

Nice score on the tp-link deal.
I wouldn't get the smart dimmer switch for $10. not worth it. they were super overpriced to begin with.

I'll give them a try, a lot cheaper than lutron which I already had two of but haven't seen any good deals on them recently. Just bought a house so have lots of switches, so it will save me a good bit. The 3 way two packs were $10, the singles were $7 and dimmers were $10. Could always return if they suck.
So the tp-link mesh is not just extenders, correct? I can just use those for the main wifi router. If so I will return the Netgear one then since it was not the lower price stated here, and just run three of the tp-link nodes. Then give the extra to my bother.

Pulled the trigger on the
NETGEAR AX1800 4-Stream WiFi 6 to replace the Arris that comes with FIOS. This will be my 2nd Netgear router. I hope it fairs better than the Nighthawk X6 I bought. The WAN port died and would only go 100 Mbps after a few years.
Many items were reduced (the lady said she had been too busy to put the tags up yet, and they were doing inventory throughout the store), but the TP-Links mesh's that were in stock at that location were not the 1800. They had the 3600 and several others.

Mesquite TX Walmart had some of the anker wakey this morning despite brickseek saying out of stock. Inventory is pretty off on this store so that might be why. Grey was $18.50 and Black was $22.20. Didn't need it so they should be there if anyone is looking.
