I have had decent success with Walmart Brickseek deals in the past if there were 2-3 available. Now, it seems that Walmart is changing its reporting system (as mentioned on Brickseek website as well). I was at my local Walmart last night and they had 3 Netgear CM500 modems on display for $45 each. This morning, the price dropped down to $13.5, still showing 2-3 available. I went there in evening, very sure I will be able to get 1. Not only were they not present, their price display sign had also been removed. Chatted with 2 different employees and was told that they got sent back to Walmart this morning as they are changing how they deal with clearance items.
Any such deal with Walmart is a waste of time. I was sent back 3 times. Spoke to their customer service online and over emails for over a week. Don't fall for any of these deals by bricksleek
All Brickseek does is check inventory and prices instore though Walmarts.com API.
And Walmart prices and inventory levels are always wrong. I worked for Walmart for 10 years nothing is ever correct in the stores
Hey brickseek works pretty well in my area. Before I go to work, I always check on brickseek to see if I can get anything from Walmart or Target. It's on the way to work and helps with my food bills and utilities. From $15 dollar air fryers to $20 dollar ice makers, hart tools for $5 or less and wireless routers for $37.25. You can make some decent little Timmy money. The best part is you can return everything if I can't flip it for a profit. This was my haul for the last couple of days.

Brickseek gives you an "idea" of store inventory, but theft and shrinkage destroy the inventory. Plus the item might be in the store "somewhere", no one may know where that "somewhere" is.
I don't make special trips to Wally World as a rule, but if I am in the area, I drop in to see if they have what BS shows. If I am serious, I look at nearby clearance aisles, and up on the top shelves in case the item got stranded.
I get plenty of deals from BS at Wally World.

Picked up 4 of the CM500's for $13.50 each yesterday. Thanks Brickseek! This will allow me to help a couple of friends who have the crappy cable company modem.
Good deals, but check with COMCAST BEFORE you buy (if you are able to find them using TRICKseek). Comcast told me last time they didn't support NETGEAR CM500, BUT they will support NETGEAR CM500V. I has to tell them the modem was working before, so they can cut their sales BS and make it work. So they were able to magically make it work again.
Anyways, just a heads up.
I checked on my profile and they said they still supported it. Yes I was logged in my account when I did this.

I occasionally look on brick seek when I'm at Walmart and I've probably been like 1/20 on products.
It's an absolute waste of time.
Out of the 100 employees they have at each store, at least one is smart enough to grab such things right away
