Don't go off-roading with this - the axle will bend and start to drag against the car. Had to get a replacement; otherwise great push cart for kids.

We had the same thing happen. Did you exchange the entire car or just get replacement parts?

Exchanged it through Amazon cause it bent the day after I assembled it and went downhill on some dirt road, annoying to take back home

Thanks for the info. We assembled ours and used it inside and it seemed to work. A few days later, my brother pushed my twins around our backyard in it and then a few days after that, we took it to the park and couldn't even make it past the parking lot b/c the front wheel kept buckling. I bought mine at Walmart and wanted to return it on-line but they needed it sent in a box. I didn't have the product box or a box large enough to box it up. We haven't gone inside a Walmart since Covid started. I contacted Step2 and they sent an entire new wheel parts package. But, my husband put those on and it didn't fix it (one wheel still pushes against the body). So, we still have to return it. Our twins liked it, and I don't know if we just got a dud or what, but I'm surprised at the issues we've had.

Having 3 kids we opted to get one of those foldable wagons. You accumulate so much kids stuff it's nice when you can tuck it away. This is going to take up a lot of space assuming you keep it in the garage. Not to mention you can't bring it anywhere. Foldable wagon is where it's at
