It doesn't need to be an "antibiotic" to create virulance. Anything that will kill 99.9% of bacteria will do a fine job of rewarding the bugs that survive with the ability to breed with each other.

Neh. Before the 2nd wave, India had more vaccinated people than US but their rate per population was lower. The US vaccinated people rate is always much lower than other developed countries. Don't count on that.
