Who would possibly want to have nail clippers on subscription? (I know you can cancel after delivery). Strange decision!
I have a sub for the larger version of these. I wash my nail clippers so they tend to rust after a while, I just let them air dry, and at only a few bucks I get new ones.
I got this set for like $6 two years ago and they're still sharp. The only downside is that the emery board isn't flush to the edge. It's hard to use if you keep your nails short.

This is good if you like poorly trimmed nails. These are not very sharp to begin with and they fall apart really easy. I can't believe they put the Revlon name on it.
