For the same money as a homeowner, I would probably opt for the Skil 21 pc set.[lowes.com] Both are split point with same coating and you get a few more smaller bits that typically break much easier. What you apparently miss with the Skil set, is the three flats on the larger bits that help with not spinning in a poor chuck.
Note: If one is so inclined, these cheap sets are great to learn how to sharpen.... When sharpening, you can't grind on these as long as cobalt or carbide, which can be a challenge for some machinists used to better quality... but if you don't break them too short to sharpen, one set could last the average homeowner for decades.

These DeWalt bits were the top performer in Project Farm's test. I wish they would have tested the Skil set!

This is the same DeWalt dwa1184 model, but unlike the black oxide that PJ tested two years ago, these have a gold oxide finish. You would think this OP set would be better for any depth drilling for less friction.
I do like the pilot point on the linked titanium coated set, but I am not good enough to sharpen those and wind up with a split point as the OP.
I would pay Amazon 16 instead of driving to Loews to get it.. 1 gal of fuel plus anything else that sticks to me at lowes. Plus virus concern, plus could crash, could get a ticket etc etc...
Amazon such a good idea...
I saw this deal online at this price. When I went to the store, they didn't advertise the sale price. They simply showed the $15.98 price but I did price check and it rang up at the $9.98 sale price. Home Depot is selling the same set for $11.87. I also bought the DEWALT TOUGH GRIP 27-Piece Steel Hex Shank Screwdriver Bit Set for $9.98 sale. I am going to pair it up with my 2 tool combo (drill and impact driver) that I bought yesterday. Big selling point is having the hex drill bits as one needs to pre-drill sometimes especially in expensive wood.

$7 more.... I have the titanium version on Amazon as well but it currently costs $16.98.... That is $7 more. I am not too concerned about corona virus or car accidents that I am staying inside home. I do like to scope around the tool section to see how the tools are.

For a little more money at $16.06 delivered from Home Depot, this DeWalt titanium coated set [homedepot.com]might be a better option... especially if you want delivered. Amazon has same [amazon.com], but only free delivery with Prime.

* These storage boxes stack and lock up with each other. You can lock one box with the other box to stay organized better. Nice feature.
