It's just strange that I used to be taken to a screen that would show me the promotion and say that I'm not eligible. Now it takes me to that screen where you can enroll cards and mentions that my card may not be enrolled. It's also strange that I don't seem to have gotten any of these deals to work since I got the new card a while back
I got the same screen then I add my card and I get this message "American Express® reports that you do not have a Membership Rewards® account."
Exactly. There's something wrong with the system. It even shows that my two cards are enrolled.
It did this to me last time I tried it and I gave up but I would love to get my hands on this 40% off that everyone seem to get.
