This is my first post. I was at Walmart today and I needed a water bottle brush and I found a silicon one that looked good for what I thought was 5.00. To my surprise it rang up at 1.00. I quickly went back and grabbed a few more in different colors. These sell on Amazon from 6 to 10 dollars depending on the color.
They are located in the same area as the various water bottles are sold in the store.

thought this was some sort of basting brush that was designed to dunk down into a bbq sauce bottle and i was about to barf. nothing like mixing uncooked meat juices down into the bbq sauce bottle for that extra fresh salmonella!

the real use makes way more sense. im not smart sometimes.

i do, but im not sure how that would help the situation. youd be transferring uncooked meat into a bbq sauce bottle. if its going to be used on food after its cooked as a finishing sauce or condiment, whether or not it was refrigerated or not doesnt matter because it contains a direct transfer from raw meat.

Yeah, no crap. The point was that I thought it was a bottle brush for that exact purpose, thus the barf comment.

Found 3 mixed in with other colors. Not sure if the others were on sale but the teal color was indeed $1.

Love this thing.
Don't really use it as brush but thing that can hold on to the sponge down in a narrow bottle/cup and let the sponge do the work.

This is an awful brush, doesn't get sudsy at all, short rubber bristles can't reach out to corners/ridges/etc. why the love? I have one I bought full price and would love to like it.... I did like the use it to mush around the sponge post... otherwise— why?
