I bought this after the "tacklife" ones I had failed internally after less than a year of minor use 3 times in a row. They always replaced it for free but got sick of it. So far so good. But it hasn't been a year yet with the Goodyear.

Seller is GreatCircleUSA...Found this review when looking at the reviews on the seller...

"Save yourself some time and money, move on to another product. This has the Goodyear tire logo on the the reel. It's not made by Goodyear and the hose in the picture is not made by them either. They just bought use of the rights to the logo. To me it pretty deceiving. Too late to return. Had it just over a month. Contacted the company that sold it GreatcircleUSA. They did email me saying a Tech was going to call. That was 4 business days ago. Just a little bit more info I got. Goodyear Engineered Products that used to make hoses and belts sold that division to Continental AG in 2015."

Just putting it out there in case anyone wanted to know. Although, it is returnable if you're not happy with it.

The Lowe's brand and the harbor freight ones, the hoses don't last more than a couple years. The Goodyear hoses will last well over 20 years. This is a great deal.

But it sounds like the hoses are not actually made by Goodyear.

After checking it does seem that multiple people have said that the hose is not a genuine goodyear hose. They claim only the retractable box is.

You can usually find leaky ones used for next to nothing. It'a almost always just a faulty o-ring and you can fix it for under a dollar. Lots of videos online showing how to do that if you're in the market for one of these
