If you do activate radio service, you also get free streaming as well for your phone etc. Also if you have a google nest music device or a Alexa product, you can also stream on that once you connect your Sirius account to it. The bitrate on Spotify HIFI/Tidal Masters is 320 kbps CD quality for lossless audio.
Use an app, connect a cable, and ditch the garbage audio of Sirius. (FM radio is 96 kbps)
The bitrate is probably somewhere between 24–48 kbps depending if the AAC variant is based on v1 or v2 of the HE codec. The sample rate of the played back audio is likely 32 kHz or 44.1 kHz which will yield 16–22 kHz of audio bandwidth.
