Did you apply the discount code?

Worked fine for me. Just redeemed it on the Microsoft website. Gonna use this combined with my Microsoft Rewards Points toward a Series X.

EDIT: It's weird. The Microsoft credit for payment shows up in the Windows app store. It doesn't show up on the Microsoft Store website or on my Xbox. Kinda sucks since I can't buy hardware on the Windows app store.

Is anyone else having a problem of the credit not showing up during checkout at the Microsoft Store or Xbox?

It shows the $100 added when I go to my Account Payment Options on the Microsoft website, but the available balance doesn't show when I'm about to buy something and checkout.

Currently disputing eneba over 10 x $2 gamepass codes that were already used. They just try to waste your time until you give up the dispute, asking to get screenshots of your purchase history and the error upon each attempted redemption. Then they claim they cant open jpeg files. I have had fine experiences in the past, but they appear to make their money by buying cheap, high risk codes and then depend on customers to eat the loss when they get used codes. I will not buy anything from eneba again.

Be careful! Microsoft Credit hasn't been working towards buying a Series X. I know, I've tried 3 times and contacted customer support. They said they know it's a problem but they've not fixed it.

Make sure you have MS Credit selected as payment method in the payment options section. Otherwise, contact MS Store via Twitter and let them know MS Credit isn't working on making purchases and they'll look into it. The more people with this problem, the more they have to address it

Hi Troy,
Apologies about the issue.

Regardless of whether you'll be buying at Eneba at a later date or not, would you mind sharing your order ID via a SlickDeals DM to this account?
Would be happy to send your order ID to our customer support team to prioritise your case and resolve it ASAP.

Regards,
A guy from Eneba
