- Click here to go to Microsoft Rewards site.
- Sign in or create a free Rewards account.
- Scroll down until you see "Quests and punch cards"
- Look for FIFA21 banner (may need to scroll left or right)
- Click on "earn now"
- Activate the following 3
- Activate punch card
- Join Xbox Game Pass Ultimate
- Play the game
- Upon completion each objective should be marked as complete and 1000 points be added to your account.

Limited to people that DO NOT have Xbox Game pass Ultimate.
On the Microsoft Rewards App on Xbox there is a new tab for FIFA 21 with EA Play. It says join Game Pass Ultimate to play FIFA 21 now with EA Play. All you have to do is click activate punch card, go back, click join Xbox game pass ultimate card, click back, click play the game card, and click back. Should mark each objective as complete with 1000 points rewarded.
Also can be found as a punch card via Microsoft Rewards Dashboard on browser via phone or computer.

I don't see this in my Rewards dashboard. I have "saving the planet," "build your collection," and "movies and TV punchcards." I don't see it on the Xbox Rewards app either. All I have that's similar is a Mass Effect Legendary Edition offer.
