Thanks for the feedback.
We want the ECG and O2 sensors. They are features that we like. So I think we are going with the series 6.
Blood glucose sensor? 😮 it is going to greatly benefit to me if it is accurate enough!
I have done that on my series 5 non-cellular and the battery life is 2x of what it is when the screen is on all the time. I can go almost 2 days without changing.
Yes you can.
IKR?! If they can pull this off (and be actually accurate enough) that will be a major game changer.

Dewd. I was going to buy one but I'm waiting now.
Where is the target deal
Yes, that is an iOS 7.4 feature, which supports back to the Series 3.
Blood glucose sensor will be the ultimate coup if they can pull it off.
As a type-1 of 15 years, I will eat my hat if Apple just obliterates both the fingerstick and continuous glucose monitoring markets in one fell swoop, with this wishy-washy rumor that came out preceding it. It would also render basically every Android-using diabetic an iPhone convert. There's no way, IMO.

There's too many credible rumors from too many different sources. It's coming. But the big question is will it be accurate enough? My guess is yes based on the high standards that Apple has had for their sensors but I bet it'll be really delayed compared with a CGM or finger sticks. So I bet it couldn't warn you of rapidly falling glucose levels.
Do you use a CGM? I've tried the freestyle libre and the dexcom but insurance keeps jerking me around with covering them then pulling that coverage away.
