The Airs are great, but the Aeropex is an upgrade in every way: sound quality, comfort, mic quality. The drawback is that it has a proprietary charger instead of microUSB on the Air, and they are more expensive. I want to stress that without using them side by side, you'd never notice that the Air wasn't a great headset.
The Opencomms are awesome for work calls, which i'm on all day basically. The battery will last a full day, sound is great, and the boom mic is as good as the gold-standard Voyager 5200 in my opinion.
All 3 pairs have been super durable and held up to my sweaty running regimen. I'm glad to answer any questions.

Aeropex are much better than the Air in many ways, as mentioned by others (sound, waterproofing, battery life, etc), but have a few downsides. First is the magnetic proprietary charger, as mentioned above by CLBrian68. The Aeropex multi-function button is also lower profile than on the Air, but when I hold down the button on the Air to activate a voice assistant, there's a beep given as it activates. The Aeropex doesn't give that indication, so I often miss the window of active listening when trying to use that.
Ultimately, for me, I think I'm taking back the Aeropex and going to get an Air to keep. Good enough for me, and a good savings to boot. Not saying the Aeropex are bad, just not a good enough upgrade for my needs and lifestyle.
