I have just bought this game and in the order history it told me that what I bought is the "Biomutant - the mercenary class", which is the game's DLC, but in the EA desktop app it told me that what I bought is the pre-order base game. Thus the mistaken price should be that the worker in EA mess up the DLC and the game.
I don't know whether EA will grant me the game or not in the end, but i think it worth trying. All in all, I can also refund it if EA don't grant me the game. I have tried several times refunding EA's game, the refunding process is pretty quick.
