No WiFi either. Do not know if the RAM is up gradable.

But the I3 is fast enough. Like an I5 in a laptop.

Looks to me like this is made of things and put together to sell.

You wouldnt be able to build this computer this cheap. As long as you realize its a browser/general use/extremely low end gaming pc its perfectly fine.

This is a crazy time. There is no point buying prebuilt directly. People are mostly buying prebuilt for GFX cards, then taking out the GFX card and selling the system with integrated GFX or a low end GFX card very cheaply. Search ebay if you dont believe me. You will be surprised to see the quality of prebuilts you will find at $400 or less. Buy those systems. You will get a brand new system. It is a win-win for all and you will help reduce electronic waste.
