I did pressure washing for a living for awhile and these units were horrible.
I found the best way to do large areas of cement/concrete/tiles, etc. was simply to select the most appropriate nozzle for the specific job.
I realize the best way is with a steam pressure washer, but I never really had any success with these two spinning nozzles versions...
And yes, I did use super powerful pressure washers, but again, for me, correct nozzle selection did much better than these attachments...
Downside of using only nozzles is you get super wet from back spray and if you are wearing shorts, the sand/pebble particles really hurt the legs a lot.
Best way is to purchase the high rubber boots when pressure washing...
I think we have tried them all and for wood decks and all around usage, those with the three wheels has worked best to adjust and maintain the height for the project with washers on top or bottom. This one [amazon.com] and this one [amazon.com] that are the same, are made for a variety of brands. Of course, you can spend a lot more...
