I have bought a number of 32 degrees clothing over the years. Seems to be good quality for the price. These particular jackets are kinda meh to me though.
I have the Performax Waterproof Jacket, its nice for an light windbreaker/jacket but its not warm or thick by any means. It wrinkles easy at the slightest crease. That being said I love it, its flexible and fits well, its really portable since it folds into almost nothing and it looks well. Im not sure why the person on the photo has the collar up though, it looks much better with it down.
edit - Costco had them for $12 a couple weeks ago when I went, if you have one near by or going to one I would recommend looking, for $18 its great, for $12 its a steal.

They were selling it for $10 at my costco. Mine is still in the box can't talk to the quality I bought it to stash on my bike.
