One thing you can try is to a delink your card. Wait 24 hours link it again and make sure your membership rewards account is connected.

I was able to do this and get the 50% off $60 on two different cards connected to the same prime account. (Wife's login and then mine). I was able to get $240 at Uber eats gift cards for $120.
