-well constructed, comfy, decent padding. overally very good looking headphones that hold up
-comes with soft case, headphone wire, usb c cable
-easy to setup
-can be paired to mulitple devices at once, and switches between each device depending on which device is outputting at the time
-sound is relatively balanced, slight bass heavy
-noise cancelling is decent, obviously not the best in class
-Bluetooth can be wonky at times but most of the time pretty solid
-the dials are some of the most intuitive engineering. I wish more products would come up with such simple solutions.
-for 80$, its a very solid deal. obviously its not gonna be as good sony xm4 for 278$ (deal price), but for the price, it holds its weight

I purchased these when they were $115, so at $80, they're a good buy but if you can afford more then buy the Sony XM3 or XM4.
