I've been a member for about 6 months. Mostly I use it for grocery delivery, weekly. You do or should tip on the delivery, so that cost adds up a bit. The 2 hr delivery is awesome, have used it in a pinch when hosting a dinner. Unfortunately alcohol can't be delivered. I also use the scan feature in store so I can make checkout much faster, which is you walk up to a self service booth, scan your QR code, then leave without unloading your cart.

I'll definitely renew the subscription, but would like to see more perks like Prime has.

because why not have completely untrained, unqualified people without real background checks randomly throwing things at your door or leaving them random places on the way to your door, wrong things delivered, missing things, entire other people's deliveries, milk left out in the sun

trust me on this, try the free trial first and see if you can deal with it

the "fun" part is when they leave the tracking on and you can watch them drive home, totally professional developed service, no way it's a last minute panic against amazon

If you signed up as Annual, I say leave it alone, everyone has to start as trial status then the full charge posts for annual after X days. Typical AMAZON searches:
I look up "broom"....Amazon on its own , automatically selects a sub-category.....Results come back ..hair color....SOS pads....pail top .....leg rest lift up...children's aspirin,lids, and a couple hits for brooms.

I look up "coffee" in Amazon grocery subcategory:
Results on first page:: bagel seasoning, red salt garlic seasoning, teas, food coloring for cakes, sealer wipes.....and coffee.

I am guessing, Amazon has some kind of algorithm when people buy brooms, they tend to buy the related items.
Ended up buying the broom at Walmart Plus.
