I've worn this everyday for almost 2 months. It's okay. Had a withings steel hr sport before, might switch back. This watch beeps for notifications and for things outside of messaging and phone calls, it just says "app +1" so you don't know what it's notifying you about unless you check your phone. It's a pretty light watch though. Barely notice it's there and I only take it off to charge
