I was considering an 8" fry pan but this seems good too. What's better? I will mainly use it to cook eggs for 1 person.

I have the Tramontina clad ss version of this as well as the All-Clad. The Tramontina is my go-to (more comfortable handle) and is significantly less money. No need for the non-stick of anything once you learn how to properly cook on ss.

I use butter. Sometimes the edges stick a bit, but usually it doesn't stick at all
