You guys really need to say the steps you went through to verify they are fake. Raybans have a lot of info to spot a fake. Not to mention it's hard to import fakes. I buy real Raybans of this polarized style all the time in the $75 range and again 100% authentic. I would never pay more than $100 if I really needed a new pair. I have them sent in for adjustments too. Instead of shi**ing on something off the bat why not give people a warning and hush up. They can always return them. Raybans have a nice lens but let's face it, they inexpensive to make and mass produced for a world wide market. Slipping surplus or slow sellers out a back door branded "discount" website below MAP at this price is quite reasonable. I been in e-commerce for 20 years. Needless to say I ordered a pair, if they don't checkout I will return them, if I can't do that I'll call my credit card. No big deal. No need for such strong opinions.

Well said. I recently picked up some polarized Raybans at Costco for about $95. An OK deal, and I'd never pay MSRP for any good sunglasses. If you're a Costco member, you might drop by their eyeglass dept to see what they have, it varies a lot from store to store. You get the Costco guarantee, and many SDers already know to use a credit card that extends the warranty.
I don't really think Rayban's lenses are the best (comparing to Serengeti and Smith here), but the polarized gradient version is perfect for driving.

usually legit. I got a bunch from this site and it's good!
Glass is such a higher quality than anything else.
