You don't have to return the old one. They only do price adjustments within 30 days but If your local store still has it in stock you can rebuy it and return the new one at the old price. CS may even do it without having to bring the TV to the front. My store helped me out when I did this with a large rolling toolbox. It was after 30 days so I had to repurchase it and return at the old price but the toolbox was so big and heavy they didn't make me roll it up to the checkout. They just took care of the transaction at the return/CS area. If your store still has it in stock it's worth a try.

They don't, I had something similar happen with a Roomba. I ended up buying another one at the sale price and returning one using the first receipt.

I went into my local store and got one about a month ago. Wasn't expecting it to be there as it showed OOS then as well. Was going to get the 85 inch for $2200, but when I saw the 75 for $1569 w a 5 year manufacturer warranty, I went w that.

Wonder if it includes the 5 year at this price. If so, will have to go back and see about a price match.
