Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") is $26,200.00. If the NFL Prize cannot be awarded for any reason including Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage, COVID-19 or any other natural disaster outside of Sponsor's control, then $6,000.00 (awarded in the form of a pre-paid card(s) for via a check made payable to winner) will be awarded in lieu of the NFL Prize.
Two (2) tickets to one (1) day of the Miami Open scheduled to occur during March 2022 in Miami, Florida; round-trip air transportation (from gateway city nearest winner's home) on a private jet; and, double-occupancy hotel accommodations for two (2) consecutive nights ("Miami Open Prize"). ARV is 26,200.00. If the Miami Open Prize cannot be awarded for any reason including Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage, COVID-19 or any other natural disaster outside of Sponsor's control, then $800.00 (awarded in the form of a pre-paid card(s) or via a check made payable to winner) will be awarded in lieu of the Miami Open Prize.

ARV is 26,200.00. If the NBA Finals Prize cannot be awarded for any reason including Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage, COVID-19 or any other natural disaster outside of Sponsor's control, then $5,000.00 (awarded in the form of a pre-paid card(s) or via a check made payable to winner) will be awarded in lieu of the NBA Finals Prize.

If the President's Cup Prize cannot be awarded for any reason including Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage, COVID-19 or any other natural disaster outside of Sponsor's control, then $3,000.00 (awarded in the form of a pre-paid card(s) or via a check made payable to winner) will be awarded in lieu of the President's Cup Prize.
Two (2) tickets to one (1) game of the FIFA World Cup scheduled to occur during December 2022 and hotel accommodations for two (2) consecutive nights ("FIFA Prize"). ARV is 26,200.00. If the FIFA Prize cannot be awarded for any reason including Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage, COVID-19 or any other natural disaster outside of Sponsor's control, then $700.00 (awarded in the form of a pre-paid card(s) cards or via a check made payable to winner) will be awarded in lieu of the FIFA Prize.
For the Grand Prize: Game date (except for NFL Prize) to be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor's sole discretion, and subject to availability and change. NFL Prize game date is subject to change. Seating assignments to be determined by Sponsor, in Sponsor's sole discretion, and subject to availability and change. Winner and his/her one (1) guest must be able to travel on the same itinerary and on the dates specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected (time permitting). Winner and his/her one (1) guest must comply with all travel requirements, which may include, without limitation, presenting necessary identification (including a driver's license) at the time of travel. Flight schedules are subject to change without notice. Sponsor is not liable for any missed events or opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay or ground transportation delay. Any costs incurred due to changes to the original itinerary are solely the winner's responsibility. Winner may be required to provide a credit card at time of hotel check-in. If the WNSL Prize cannot be awarded for any reason including Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage, COVID-19 or any other natural disaster outside of Sponsor's control, then $500.00 (awarded in the form of a pre-paid card) will be awarded in lieu of the WNSL Prize.

If the PGA Prize cannot be awarded for any reason including Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage, COVID-19 or any other natural disaster outside of Sponsor's control, then $500.00 (awarded in the form of a pre-paid card) will be awarded in lieu of the PGA Prize.
