I like this clock alot.. I have 4 of them in my house. But the price seems to keep going up. I never paid more than $25, and got 2 significantly lower around Black Friday.
Paid 30 for this with 4 smart bulbs included in January, listed at $16 on the receipt... Still an OK deal at this price since you might not see deals that low for it again.
I had purchased two of these back in Feb 2021 for $20 ea. The device works well. They are currently sitting unused and unplugged though. Their intended use was for the bedrooms. The clock display at it's dimmest completely (in my opinion) illuminates the room. You do have the option of turning off the display at a set time through a routine or verbal command though.
FYI this won't control smart bulbs and such without a separate hub
This is wrong.
I just plugged one of mine back in to reverify.
Unplugged the hubs in the house.
I closed the door of room I was in and instructed the Lenovo (in a low voice) to turn light off which it did.
By the way, my cell phone wasn't in my pocket and there was no other smart device in the room
