If on 1200 plan the XB7 has 2.5Gbps ethernet port so you can pull 1440Mbps wired if you connect slower gigabit ethernet router you will lose 50% of speed and it will default back to 940Mbps gigabit ethernet limitation.
On topic, I got these pods a while ago for free and resold them since they aren't tied to the account. Probably should double check if it's still the case now.
