I have one of these. It survived a 2 week trip to Thailand right before the pandemic with no signs of defects. It's been sitting with my travel stuff ever since so I cannot comment on long term use. Hopefully gets used again soon!
I've had this bag for a year or so. I am happy with it. It barely fits my 15.6" laptop, but it does fit. My usage is fairly light, but has held up with no issues so far. Comfortable fit and plenty of pockets

In for two, reviews seem to be bad quality. Let's see how this goes.

In for 2 thanks OP love the free shipping and was surprised BB is offering overnight delivery for an extra $5.99. This isn't a rush so free shipping works or even curbside pick up.

Wound up returning it. It's okay, but if it was a trade show backpack, I would have given it away.
It's thin and light, but barely on the side of acceptable quality. Does not look as good in person as the photos.
