I just picked the 42 pound package up at Costco yesterday. After the $3.30 discount, it was $9.59

Where are you seeing it for over $20, OP?
That's a shipped price. Can't really compare a pick-up price to a shipped price for 80 pounds of litter.

Costco is currently cheaper for this.
84 pounds of litter, I feel like my cat will take this as a challenge laugh out loud

Thanks for posting the deal Smilie

Great price (I actually eally love this litter, & esp all the more so bc it comes in 4 separate resealable bags, which is very convenient).

But about the Costco price you mentioned... Yeah, I've never paid more than maybe $15 *AT MOST* for this same exact one @ Costco (I do mean for only just one of the 42lb packages, of course...not 2 of em, like this deal).
Are you maybe referring to Costco's ONLINE prices? (And maybe even non-member Costco prices?

Really? I was comparing to their online price [costco.com]. 2/21 lb Bags.

Online price, I haven't checked out the in-store price and was actually discouraged from going to the store to check for a lower price because of the online price. Thanks for the heads up, I guess they doubled the price online, even when logged in as a member.

YEP! THANK YOU! I was just typing about this in my previous comment.
I've always paid, I think, usually about $12.99 or so at my Costco!
I def know it's never been more than maybe $14-$15 there, & that would be at the absolute most. (But iirc, I actually don't think it was ever more than $12.99 in all the years I've gotten it there...& even cheaper if/when they have a store coupon for it, of course)

Yeah, that's def it then. Even for members, items can be (& ARE) more expensive online than if you got it in-store.
And in-store they they have it on sale for even a few bucks less every few months or so! (You'll see it in the monthly coupon book if/when it's on sale)

Either way, thanks for posting! It's still a great price for 2 of them... I love this litter, & the convenient packaging it comes in!

Saw that after you mentioned it. So I've removed the reference to Costco in the OP. Costco is really bad about consistency on their site aren't they? Some product pages show a shipping charge, others do not. I think everything I've ordered from Costco online has shown up in the cart as the price on the product page and then a shipping charge was tacked on top of it.

Just FYI, that sale is currently going on.

Agree and you're welcome! For non-Costco members, also a great deal. I have learned something today which is great!

I haven't ordered much from Costco online but have looked at some of their prices online. I think for the most part if an item is only available online and not in their stores they won't charge for shipping. Being this litter is available in the store and it'll cost them a few dollars to ship they charge for shipping.
