A 3/8" metric socket set that doesn't go up to 19mm seems odd and though the case is pretty large it doesn't appear that there's any extra room to add more sockets or extensions/adapters.

They fail to give the sizes on the website, but from the pics it looks like 10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18mm.

A 3/8" metric socket set that doesn't go up to 19mm seems odd and though the case is pretty large it doesn't appear that there's any extra room to add more sockets or extensions/adapters.

They fail to give the sizes on the website, but from the pics it looks like 10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18mm.

The 1/4" drive sets with the 72 teeth ratchets and 6 point sockets are probably worth the money.... Today, you don't get much for $10, where both metric and SAE for $20 before any discounts make decent gifts.

Personally, I would like to see the 5.5mm in the metric set that might lay/fit in the open space and of course, the newer style SnapOn copied handles on the ratchets that everyone has went to would be nice.

The older sets when sold at Sears had black cases with storage space for more items, such as extensions, extra sockets, etc., but the latches always broke.

Just in time as I needed an extra 1/4 and 3/8 ratchet and a few replacement sockets. May not be the best but has a lifetime warranty. Hard to find a ratchet for $10 other than HF

I've had the older version (grey case) of this set for at least 8 yrs and I use it for like 90% of repairs on our cars. Too bad this new version doesn't have extra space in the case like the old one did.
