Out of curiosity, which batteries are not made in China? And which batteries do you buy?
Ikea, panasonic, fujitsu, energizer, amazonbasics? Many many. Buy japanese or indonesian batteries. American made. Whatever. But the chinese brand batteries are really inferior. Whether they are good VALUE, this is hit or miss. Per dollar some are very good. Most are not. You get what you pay for occasionally. Often you get less.

I bought these after reading the reviews. They came nicely packaged. No issues so far with the things I have been using them for (toys, remotes).

Sounds like a shill.

Bought within 9 hrs after OP post and already delivered "nicely packaged" and "used so far with..." 🤣

Seems like a lot of shilling accounts trying to say "bought one".

Again be careful of these marketing tactics.

Wonder why Mods don't catch this more often. They could cross reference the frequency of these shills with similar prior Nanfu postings to get rid of fake marketing accounts. Would be good for the SD community.

edit:

His profile is only 3 hrs old and already has 10 rep pts. Sounds like he created a profile just for this shill.

Here we go again with Nanfu. 🤦

Another cheap chinese product shill to dupe SD members. Don't fall for it guys.

Before you buy, do your homework many past SD posts about these cheap Nanfu batteries.

If you want chinese made batteries better off getting cheaper batteries from Harbor Freight.

edit:

MODS, for the benefit of SD community from shilling and SD posting manipulations, please check the profiles on these downvotes and cross reference with prior NANFU postings. Amazing how they are able to get on frontpage deals so often. Seems they have a large number of made profiles and know how to game the system. 🤔
SO.... What you're saying is that NANFU batteries are actually SNAFU batteries!!

it could be that he bought these previously.
I comment in threads on products I've previously bought to help other people out.

Worse than Duracell? That's an extremely low bar. I have over 50% of duracell leak when placed in long-term devices like remote control and temperature gauges.

I avoid anything that is is made in China by CPP. I know it is too late but it is never too late to change. Do you know GE Appliances, Motorola phones, Volvo cars are all owned by CPP?
