I'm not sure why, but other tool retailers (ACME tools, CPO, etc.) list this hole saw kit without the driver bits for over $200. This seems a bit ridiculous, but I'm wondering if inflation is actually driving prices that high and people are paying that???

No, that was for the 13 piece hole saw kit, which only has 7 hole saw sizes. This one has 21 pieces or 13 hole saw sizes and includes 3-5/8, 4-1/4, 4-1/2, and 5 inch hole saws.

Max hole saw size of the other deal is 3". This deal is worth looking at if you need the bigger sizes.

"Need" has a relative meaning. Like: "I need a certain size for a specific task." or "I need a certain size because I don't have it yet." See? Both are correct usages and one is not more correct than the other.

Now, I need to find a good quality 6" hole saw for cheap.

For the couple dollars you might make, is it really worth the effort?

Perhaps it's a guilt complex.
I mean... What was recently a $20 sheet of 3/4 plywood is now $75 a sheet.
Would you really feel 'good' about boring a hole in 'gold priced' lumber with a less expensive priced hole saw set?LMAO

It comes with 2 sizes of arbors that each have a 3/8" quick release compatible shank. And a few pilot bits.

A chuck would be the part on the drill, the shank is s the part that the drills chuck grabs on to. The arbor is the part that threads into the hole saw.

Any large-size-only kit exist? I have hole saws up until before 3" Need 3" +, don't really want to duplicate what I have, but all kits are small (before 3) or mixed small through 5-6). Do any just larger size kits exist?
