Looking at the specs I have a couple questions...
Is 400W PSU enough? Seems really low for a decent gpu.
I see only 1 HDMI with 3 display ports. Guess you'd need to get a hdmi/dvi converter if necessary?
Couldn't help but laugh at Included software: Netflix.
Not a fan of how the free 1yr Office license that I didn't ask for shows up on my online invoice as if I had originally paid for it. Hope the credit card charge is not split up as 2 separate charges. Reminds me of Newegg when they devalue a hardware refund saying the included software promo is non returnable. Just make sure you don't click on any emailed instructions to generate your codes until you are absolutely sure everything is 100% working and worth keeping.

Did anyone's order actually ship? Mine has been sitting in processing for over 27hrs. Note there's no links to directly cancel an order online. Looks like a call to hp may be needed if this drags on for a really long.
I placed my order within 20 minutes of OP's post yesterday, received order confirmation email, thought maybe my chances were decent. But earlier today, HP canceled my order, no reason given. Pretty poor customer experience. Curious to know if anyone else received shipping confirmation.

Yeah same here! I got a generic cancellation saying they issued credits back to my payment method (10:30pm yesterday). Well that's frustrating. I know there is time left to get a custom Omen for better graphics but I don't think I can trust the July delivery. It's kinda messed up that they charge your card before shipping anything in the first place!
Damn I think I'm gonna give up this quest shopping for a gaming computer. 🤕
Mine arrived a couple days ago. Ordered before they went out of stock the first time. A couple of notes to answer questions:
1. This 400w PSU is rated GOLD instead of platinum. That's too bad, because the 400w platinum in the previous HP SFF I ordered (same chassis as this one, just with a 1650 Super and a Ryzen 3600) was an excellent power supply. I don't recommend this, but I was able to run a 3070 on it with zero issues. Don't do that with this one. I wouldn't run anything beyond the 3060 it ships with.
2. The stock Intel CPU cooler with the 5700G is TWICE as thick as the one that shipped with my previous 3600 model. That's a good thing, because that thinner one was insufficient to even properly cool the 3600.
3. The SSDs shipping with these little HPs are good SSDs. My previous one had a WD. This one came with an SK Hynix. Both fast NVME drives.
4. 2x8GB DDR4 is a nice touch.
5. Add an 80mm fan to the front side panel. It has holes for it. You will likely need a splitter to go off the same header as the exhaust fan. It's worth it and will help temps for both your CPU and GPU.
6. HP's custom 3060 is an impressive card. Even with only a single fan, thermals are decent and performance is on par with an EVGA. HP even had the taste to make it with a black PCB. The included fan cools it well, and it's quiet.
This is really a killer deal for what you get. This would be a fairly good price in a normal market, in my opinion.

Thanks for the update. Looks like only a couple of us got refunds. And free office 360 codes for the trouble. Definitely was a good deal for the price. I hope I can get another chance perhaps with a 3060 Ti next round. I would like to know how well the system is performing. Btw it seems the new non X Ryzen 5000's are being sold now in some Dell preorders.

Do you know if HP will charge you for the code afterwards although the pc was cancelled?

It's the RTX 3060 the new model with LHR , or is it none LHR
