Just FWIW, I tried using my Bircen glasses for driving (although they weren't specifically driving glasses). Not really very good at all; IME you really don't want polarized glasses for driving, with modern cars having so many LCD displays. The polarization can really interfere and make them appear dark or have weird patterns.
