I can get 9% back by buying Amazon GC at giant eagle (grocery) with my amex blue preferred.
but sometimes items get a 10-25% discount for prime cardholders.(on top of the cash back)
Those of us with the card and on someone else's prime account only get 3% back on Amazon purchases. For me, the 6% is double what I normally get.
