1 Makita Rotary Hammer + 1 "Free" 5.0 Battery.

This might not be the deal of the century, but it's almost as good as the Home Depot Rotary Hammer deal that was on SD about two months ago. I'm currently working on a home project and I missed the last deal, so I've been desperately searching for a rotary hammer online (OfferUp, FB Marketplace, Craigslist, SD, HD, etc) to no avail. This is about as good as it's going to get for anyone who is looking for a Makita Rotary Hammer. I tried a million codes for acetool and nothing worked, so if anyone has a code that works, post away!

I tried to do my due diligence and this is my first time posting, so apologies if I screwed up. Hoping I can help a couple people out, at least.

Thanks.

Honestly will not get much cheaper, even hacking the HD battery deals. I want it but do not necessarily need it right now hmm….

Yeah, that was basically how I was feeling and that's why I pulled the trigger. Only difference is, I actually need it right now. Kicking myself for not hopping on the HD deal about two months back. Least it comes with a free battery for a much cheaper price than both Amazon and HD right now. AND, they're not giving you a battery.

Anyone have any idea/reference of how long a 5ah battery would last with this rotary hammer? Just wondering if I should support the local economy on this SD or another. TIA

Depends on what you're going to do with it. I'm using it to chisel stucco, worked just fine for me. I cant imagine there's anything better at this price.

If you're doing any DIY projects that may touch masonary, taking out old tile, putting in cement anchors, open up slab. This tool is a must have. You can get a plug in one as well if you want to save some money.

Plus, if you live in the desert southwest and want to plant anything in your yard, this type of tool with a chisel bit is a lifesaver when punching through caliche.

It is $21.40 (lowest using FedEx Ground) to ship to CA, but they don't charge tax, so net difference is about $7 more more me.
