Try looking in history instead of the timeline shown when you click on the camera.
That's where all the motion captures will be shown, and there are usually lots more.

you can also return the dot if you don't need, just talked to the agent, he said I'll get $17.99 back, so seems like they calculate by 55% off original price.
So the echo dot is $39.99 original price, 55% off which is $17.99.

I have a feeling that motion detection on this camera is not super sensitive from a distance, especially if the motion is super fast (as in the case of most deliveries).
My house was a new built and the builder installed a Skybell. I didn't want to pay $25 a month to the security company after one year's included service expired and needed a camera just to see who might be at the door before opening it. I just need to find an inexpensive monitoring panel (other than phones) to replace the original panel on the wall (which mysteriously died a couple of months after the one year period). Any suggestion? I have tried an old iPad, but the latest Ring app is not supported. I downloaded an older version - the camera is not showing even though I get notifications on the iPad. It won't scan the doorbell's barcode either.
My builder's contractor used a three wire cable instead of two. So I was able to install a standard doorbell button beneath the camera to use the original chime.
