Ugg! DeWalt must be rolling in the money these days, as they haven't had a single good promotion since the holiday deals ended in January Frown

Would be nice if the orbital sander was included.

Very confusing as thread states 2ah, site states 2ah but the pic on HD shows 3ah

Haven't looked at part number yet....

I have the corded version, and it's great. It has an adjustable stop that allows you to sink the screws flush, proud, or slightly embedded. A drill won't stop and you risk blowing out the drywall. I used mine for a deck, and it drives screws incredibly fast. It's a tool that you don't realize you need but once you use it you will love it.

You could, but a screw gun automatically stops once a certain depth is achieved, you set the depth then you can pull the trigger and never let go, there is also an automatic screw loader, it's much faster when for drywall.

If you're not doing a lot of drywall, you could get an attachment like this for your drill if you think it merits it. https://www.lowes.com/pd/DEWALT-2.../999928916

I've never used it, so I don't know if it's good.

I used to think the bits would be just as good as having the actual drywall gun until I got this drywall gun. I managed to get it yesterday at a home Depot while they were setting it up with a manager's approval. But those bits work pretty good but they're not perfect. Once I used this drywall gun for the first time I slapped myself for not buying this sooner. It's absolutely amazing at getting the correct depth you want on a screw in the drywall and you can just go one after another without worrying about it
