It's a great deal but because of the wait times, I can see why people are less likely to frequent a BK
Chicken nuggets are highway robbery at any other location. At BK, you add it during the checkout for $1.50 for 10. The same thing would cost me over $4 or $5.

the problem is the service at BK. The one near me is randomly closed at times. Today, they were closed for walk ins. These guys were open throughout the pandemic.
A few years ago, I was yelling at the drive thru at 4pm because no one was answering. I was genuinely worried they were being robbed or something. I went to the window, and the only worker came out to say "sorry, he was in the middle of a job interview".
The food is solid but it's not really a master of anything, but when they have amazing deals like this i will go, otherwise i just go elsewhere.
But to your question/point, every BK I've been to has been consistently dingy. I'd say the dirtiest chain, rivaled only by JITB and Taco Bell. That said, I'll be hitting them up on the way home, thanks!
Oh, and the app is the worst fast food one I've used as well.

It gives you the option to redeem in restaurant.
I don't go to BK often but I like their original chicken sandwich with 2 small fries for $5 coupon.
What I hate about them is that you can't split an order between a GC and another form of payment when the GC isn't enough to cover the order. The app asks me to reload my GC balance 🙄
