$349 microcenter
And if you go early during the week you can pick up a video card
Sure, but too bad there are no MC in the SF bay area and they don't offer shipping.

These are pretty nice processors but isn't this like <$10 lower than MSRP?

This cannot run on a 50$ basic cooler correct?. based on what I read, since power consumption is high this needs a water cooler and a decent one is around 80$+ correct?.

I got an 11700K from Microcenter & re-used a 10 year-old Noctua NH-D14 cooler using an $8 Noctua NM-i115x-1200 Mounting Kit. I paired them with a $200 ASRock W480 Creator motherboard from NewEgg & 32GB of DDR4 borrowed from a 9900K system that had 64 until I can find a better deal on memory. With just the old Noctua cooler, all cores run at 5 ghz stable 10 degrees cooler than a 9900K at 5 ghz with a pricier Corsair H150i liquid cooler. So I've got some more wiggle-room to overclock when I have more time... IMO this makes a great bang/buck upgrade until more apps figure-out how to use more than 8 cores efficiently... I use a 9900K & 11700K, both at 5 ghz, for video editing and the CPU, onboard iGPU, and PCIe GPU combined provide better results than an AMD 5950X with the same GPU...
