Any idea what bubbles they use in these? When they pop they're surprisingly dry. The bubbles I've tried struggle to perform and end up thick and wet.

What an interesting observation. I am now curious too because now that I think about it, when we walked around Disney with our bubble wands, noone seemed to be drenched as much as when we are just home playing with regular bubbles. OMG

These wands make really small bubbles. I wonder if it's a weaker more diluted bubble mix? If typical bubble mix must work with large bubbles they would need a thicker bubble wall. I'll have to experiment.

We bought the Mickey Mouse one while at Disneyland, where they are typically $25. They lasted for quite some time, but as someone mentioned above, the bubbles are smaller. My kids loved them though.

I've bought this before and think it's fun for what it is: a cheaply made bubble machine that makes tiny bubbles, lots of them. Taking my kid to Disneyland in the Fall, so I bought a few to bring with us (and not need to pay retail when actually at Disneyland). TU

Good deal. Went to Disneyland last week. They're selling them for $30. Should have bought these to bring there. It's a quality bubble maker. Makes tons of bubbles consistently.
