I did a decent amount of research last year and ended up buying the BM55 last year (vs getting an Omron). The BM67 was more expensive at the time. I think the main difference is that the BM67 in this OP has BT and can store up to four users vs the BM55 only storing two. It's been spot on for me vs what the machine at the doctor has been registering.
