That's what I was going to suggest. My chiro FIL always told us to do that to "put the curve back" in the neck. Works great and really helps. Also with a towel (s) you have control over how much curve you want.
My wife 's had neck problems for years.

It was FP in 10 minutes of posting. Must be SD paid and after complain it may transfer to Popular. This is junk item. I got notification from Amazon also. Seller is trying to do all type of marketing to offload this.
