Being completely honest, on the the last round of these deals several of my games came in generic cases or sleeves. I felt a tad ripped off. Just keep in mind that's apparently very common on these gamestop sales.

They must be pre owned games under $19. None of the titles can be new.

Yes I chose all pre owned under or equal to 19.99 I guess must be equal to that's causing it

I had the same issue with 5 switch games. It's says I'm getting the promo but the price is only dropping to $63.
