I originally refi'ed one property and got the bonus 2 years back. Now in a different house, and thinking of refi'ing, anyone know if I can get the bonus a second time around?

Yes, already confirmed this with the loan agent who's helping me, as I'm in the same boat. He told me that I qualify again, even though I did this twice last year (and he found both my applications).

I refinanced to a 20year fixed in August 2020 with RocketMortgage with an amex promotion. Looks like rates are pretty much the same as the rate back then. I wonder if it's still worth exploring this deal though.

Does every amex holder qualify? I remember for the deal last year, you had to have received an invitation email from Amex for the deal. I got one from RocketMortgage, but not better.com

Loved this deal last year. Downside this year is the .5% adverse market fee added to the loan by Fannie Freddie. Either will cost you more upfront or you take a hit on your rate to get rid of that half a point cost.

I took advantage of the $2,500 statement credit deal they had last year. I got an even better deal on closing costs by having Better Mortgage match a loan estimate I received from a credit union.
