They're strict by the rules but if it's within the rules I think they would help. They have an amazing soft and hard product though - Q-Suite is easily, by far, the best business class. On par with many first class (though the best first class is still better). Loved flying with them, have done 4 trips with them in business because I can't get enough of their service (in the air) and hard product. If Qatar are flying to my destination I usually go out of my way to choose them.
Unless your plans are 100% solid and/or you have status, I would avoid.
Was getting a refund for the old ticket easy? I need to rebook too

DONT EVER FLY crappy QATAR airways...i have cancelled a flight over a MONTH and half ago due to covid issues and per thier rules...they agree that they will be giving my money back onto my credit card...but everytime i have called they keep telling me it is in progress ...but no credit so far..i have called 3 times so far ! I will NEVER fly Qatar airways again !!
