Assuming they follow the Intl Olive Council regs... a bottle of olive oil cannot be "extra virgin" if it is not first cold pressed.

Second - it's cold processed per the label. That doesn't exclude first process.

Keep in mind, this is "Cold Pressed" BUT not "FIRST Cold Pressed"....

Was going to bite, but I'll pass due to that.
