I purchased this a few weeks ago on PS4 pro, with latest patches. Still unfortunately very buggy, had one blue screen and quite a few in-game glitches. Good game but infuriating day to day, so even at $20 I would still suggest you avoid…

Is it playable/enjoyable on PS4 Pro yet? I hear it's improved a lot with updates.
It's glitchy, playable yes, but a long way off polished. Treat it like a beta and your expectations will be about right

I have a feeling the next gen update will be extremely minimal, just like the star wars update

I'm not finding a steelbook. Was it for ps or Xbox? Definitely want to grab this if possible. Appreciate the help!
The Steelbook isn't worth the hassle. Because the thickness of the steel makes the interior dimensions smaller than a regular case, none of the printed stuff fits inside, only the discs. The regular version puts the postcards outside the game case under the slipcover.

Mass Effect, hands down. I'm not one of the haters who bashes on CP2077 as if it was Daikatana or No Man's Sky (at launch), but ME: LE is all three of the GOOD games (Andromeda was garbage and anyone defending it never played the first three) and nearly ALL of the DLC (one piece of ME1 DLC is gone due to lost source code) for $50 is as no brainer as it gets.

Would probably pay $20 for the PC version. Or maybe a proper PS5 release if it supported keyboard + mouse.

But this ain't it, unless maybe PS4 version gets a free upgrade to a PS5 enhanced version and they have said they will add support for keyboard/mouse (I haven't heard anything, but not really following this game's news).
What about for the PC, a Xbox 360 controller with some mouse buttons attached to it?

There are two types of people.

1. People who know the game is trash.
2. People who bought the game and will defend their poor decision to the death.

not even worth a pirate.
There are two types of people:

1. People who are secure enough in their maturity that they can see the world in more than binary 1/0, FLAWLESS VICTORY!/EPIC FAIL! terms.

B. People who are you, Bub.

While it is inexcusable how CDPR lied about the state of the game on last-gen consoles and should never be trusted again for their shenanigans, the game is not the unmitigated disaster that Big Man Internet Tough Guy haters like you act it was. It just didn't live up to the insane hype they had masterfully built. They overpromised the moon and stars and delivered a game that was only playable on beefy PCs or next-gen consoles.

The breadth of story was impressive and this was only playing one of the story paths. Many of the side missions were also fascinating. The voice acting (except Keanu) is excellent and you really get into the relationships.) But it does a poor job explaining the hacking game (I had to watch YouTube videos to have it explained), some of the skill trees are really opaque, and I managed to kill off a major NPC in the very beginning because I didn't get what was going on.

I played it on Xbox Series X and only encountered a handful of bugs and one crash in over 100 hours of play. I think the Internet's need to dogpile to compensate their own insignificance has bad-rapped the game when it's a solid experience (on the appropriate hardware) even though it's not the "ZOMG! TEH GRATEST GAEM EVAR! 7/5!!!"

Totally agree - I've been playing on Series X as well since the 1.2 patch in late March that fixed a ton of launch issues. If you have a new console it's actually a really fun and interesting game, and so far I've run into fewer bugs than any modern Bethesda title - and none that were "game breaking." It's a shame it had so many issues on release with the last gen console versions, but if you can get it running then I can wholly recommend it.
I've read people say some version of this in almost every CP2077 thread. As someone who had a lot of fun in Mass Effect: Andromeda while the entire internet declared it unplayable trash (even after all the launch tech issues were addressed in patches), I'm planning on picking up this game when I see the digital version on sale for $20 or under.

Hi! I played through ME:2 and ME:3 completely (including DLC for the latter), and I think combat in ME:A is easily the most fun in the series, largely due to the jet pack. The story isn't incredible compared to the trilogy, but in the overall video game landscape, it's solidly average.

My experience was helped by waiting until the tenth patch before starting to play, but I think a lot of people's minds were made up before then.

I price matched up against Best Buy because I had a gift card. I had a little buyer's remorse, but I'm just glad I didn't come out of pocket for it. I had to actually ask for the Steelbook Case by showing them the item listing on the website/app.

I own an Xbox One X so hopefully it plays semi-ok

The comprehensive review of the last major patch I saw indicated that the PS4 Pro was the best experience of the last-gen consoles, which surprised me since the One X usually is on top in multi-platform titles.

But despite this, Sony themselves still haven't put this back on their store. So I'm inclined to stay away from this on either platform unless Sony puts it back up or they significantly improve the Xbox experience, at least on the One X.

GameStop is garbage. I bought a "new" game but didn't have shrink wrap and was the display model case. Said they use the last copy to display but the game cartridge is new. BS. Never buying game there again. Will just price match elsewhere.
Employees normally play the game then re sell it as new that's why I boycott them
