I myself wouldn't buy this tv because of no Dolby vision.
For SDR OLED is nearly a perfect display, slight macroblocking
For HDR OLED looks ok, it's more equivalent of a ~300 nit LCD.
These samsung top models are light cannons, 750nits full field vs 100-150nits full field on oled.
Peak HDR highlights can hit 1500 nits on this LCD, only ~500nit real scene average on OLED.
Opposite end though, OLED has much better shadow detail.
So at the moment, you can't have the best of both world unless you shell out 40,000$ for the 31 inch LMCL Eizo color mastering monitor.

The FEL layer of dolby vision is extremely small, so they really only use it to rebuild some highlight detail, but if you think about it , most of these movies are mastered at 1000nits, you don't really need 12bit precision for that. 12bit is only useful if you actually managed to master at 10,000nits which NO existing mastering pipeline uses. Even in the case of the 4000nit dolby pulsar monitors, they're plainly not very good mastering monitors, because of how much blooming occurs. They're blowing out highlight detail into the lower ranges.
Both Full enhancement and Minimal enhancement layer barely impacts the darker colors, the only difference you'd see is if the TV is reading its tone-mapping stream, but in reality the TV does tonemapping even WITHOUT the DV layer present.
With the new release of TV-led Dolby Vision, it's pretty clear that DV was kinda crummy this entire time, as TV-led is So much better , and they use their own algorithms independent of DV spec.
The engineers at DV probably ment well, but their corporate sold out, and they failed to enforce their own specifications, so their requirements are scattered now and diluted to the point that the manufacturers do whatever they want as long as they pay licensing.
When you see dolby vision on the box, or Imax enhanced, it's just fluff
